Peter Kroll
Marriage and Family Therapist
I believe that lasting change is possible when we begin to understand the patterns that keep us feeling stuck. Do you find yourself repeating behaviors that feel ineffective or unproductive? My goal as a therapist is to help you break those cycles and move toward your own version of a life worth living—one marked by purpose, growth, and meaningful connection.
Our emotional, physical, and spiritual lives are deeply connected, and when one area is struggling, it can impact the whole person. As part of my work, I offer a Christian counseling perspective for those who wish to integrate faith into the therapeutic process, creating space to explore spiritual questions alongside clinical care.
Clinically, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought and behavior patterns. In my work with couples and families, I utilize Internal Family Systems and Solution-Focused approaches to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and foster practical, forward-moving change. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with both individuals and couples navigating a range of concerns, including relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, guilt and shame, stress, codependency, avoidance behaviors, self-esteem issues, and personality disorders. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Outside of the therapy I enjoy spending time outdoors—mountain biking, skiing, and training in Jiu Jitsu. Most often, you’ll find me adventuring with my family.
